The meeting emphasized the need to: first, fully implement the Group Company's requirements for strengthening internal coordination in equipment manufacturing and ensure all related tasks are effectively executed; second, ensure that equipment manufacturing enterprises follow the objective laws of industry development, maintain a long-term perspective, and avoid pursuing excessive scale or full integration; third, ensure that equipment manufacturing enterprises boast distinctive products, pursue differentiated development, and move from offering individual pieces of equipment to providing complete equipment solutions; fourth, require all units to uphold integrity, respect intellectual property rights, and work together to amplify the brand influence of China MCC's high-end manufacturing; fifth, enhance internal coordination and collaboration in pilot testing, increase R&D investment, and share pilot platforms; and sixth, promote exchanges and mutual learning, benchmark against one another, and share best practices. 

At the meeting, seven units, including CISDI Equipment, introduced their core products and equipment manufacturing capabilities. Fifteen research, design, and construction units presented their requirements for technology transfer and collaborative innovation. Prior to the meeting, the attendees visited the CISDI Equipment Jiangjin Manufacturing Base. 

Representatives from the Technology, Marketing, Marine Engineering, and Enterprise Management Departments of China MCC, along with heads of relevant subsidiary companies—including Guo Wencai and Zhang Yandi—attended the meeting.
